1. THE APP

HealthMaxx is a local-first calorie tracking app that uses AI to analyze food images and estimate their caloric content. The app:

Stores your personal information locally on your device
Uses AI to analyze food images and estimate calories
Helps you track your daily nutrition and calorie intake
Makes API calls to our servers only for AI image analysis

2. USAGE TERMS

By using HealthMaxx, you agree to:

Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the app
Not use the app for any illegal purposes
Provide accurate information when using the app

3. SUBSCRIPTION

We offer a 3-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, you'll be charged according to your chosen subscription plan through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, go to your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, and cancel the HealthMaxx subscription. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. All purchases are non-refundable.

4. AI ANALYSIS

Our AI-powered food analysis is provided "as is" and should be used as a guide only. While we strive for accuracy, the calorie estimates may not be exact. Do not rely solely on our app for medical or dietary decisions.

5. UPDATES

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll notify you of any significant changes through the app.
